Ik ben cum laude afgestudeerd aan de Hogeschool van Utrecht. Hierna heb ik mijn masteropleiding tot Physician Assistant gevolgd in het Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum (LUMC). Ik werkte vanaf 2005 tot en met eind 2018 op de afdeling Neurochirurgie in het LUMC. Vanaf januari 2020 werk ik op de afdeling Neurochirurgie in Haaglanden Medisch Centrum (HMC). Ik ben gespecialiseerd in afwijkingen van de bloedvaten in de hersenen.
