“Tijdens mijn studie raakte ik erg geïnteresseerd in de urologie. Wat ik mooi vind aan dit vak, is de combinatie van het geven van uitleg aan patiënten op de polikliniek en het doen van kleine behandelingen en operaties.

Sinds 2022 werk ik als uroloog in Haaglanden Medisch Centrum. Naast de algemene urologie behandel ik ook complexe nierstenen. Ook houd ik mij bezig met functionele urologie. Daarbij gaat het bijvoorbeeld om het behandelen van een overactieve blaas, incontinentie, pijn bij het plassen en infecties aan de urinewegen die maar blijven terugkomen.”
