“Ziekenhuis fysiotherapie heeft altijd mijn passie gehad: de dynamische werksfeer, waarbij teamwerk essentieel is, spreekt mij nog steeds aan.

In de kliniek ligt mijn focus op de afdeling Neurologie. Ik ben in mijn carrière tot nu toe steeds meer gaan specialiseren in het begeleiden van patiënten met neurologische stoornissen (bijvoorbeeld beroerte, hersentrauma, hersentumoren). Het is altijd geweldig om te zien hoe je in de acute fase toch met fysiotherapie grote stappen kan zetten (soms letterlijk!) zodat een patiënt optimaal kan functioneren na zo’n ingrijpend gebeurtenis.
