Translate instructions

Our website has a translation option, which works on desktop computers and laptops. Follow the instruction below to translate the text:

1. Select the text you want to translate with your mouse or touchpad.

2. Choose ‘Vertalen’ with your mouse or touchpad.

3. Select the language you prefer.

4. You can read and/or listen to the translated text.

5. If a text is long, you cannot translate it all at once. Translate the text in sections instead.

Wilt u als leverancier Field Safety Notices (Recalls, Corrective Actions etc) voor medische hulpmiddelen (inclusief software als medisch hulpmiddel, exclusief medicatie) melden? Stuur dan een e-mail aan fsn@haaglandenmc.nl.

Voor een efficiënte verwerking van de veiligheidskennisgeving staat in deze mail minimaal de officiële melding, liefst in het Nederlands. Bij Recalls vragen we u ook de relevante HMC inkooporders te vermelden in de mail.
