Visiting a patient

It’s always nice for patients to get visits from family and friends. However, visits can be very tiring too, which is why there are specific visiting hours and visiting rules.

Visiting rules

  • Patients may receive a maximum of two visitors at the same time.
  • Please coordinate with family and friends to decide who will visit when, to avoid unpleasant situations.
  • Different visiting arrangements apply to the Intensive Care Unit.

Visiting hours

These are the general visiting hours at the three Haaglanden Medical Centre (HMC) locations

HMC Antoniushove

  • Daily from 16:30 to 19:30
  • Intensive Care from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00

HMC Bronovo

  • Monday to Thursday from 15:30 to 16:30 and from 18:30 to 19:30

HMC Westeinde

  • Daily from 15:30 to 19:30
  • Intensive Care from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00
