Bewaar-/transportcondities Geen bijzonderheden (afname en materiaaltransport bij kamertemperatuur). Materiaal moet binnen 4 uur op het KCL zijn.

Referentie/interpretatie van het onderzoek High sensitive cardiaal troponine T (hsTNT) wordt gebruikt voor de diagnostiek naar myocardinfact (MI). Typisch voor MI is een 'rise and fall' van troponine. Typisch wordt troponine T gemeten op t=0 en t=1h. LET OP: in heparineplasma zitten soms microstolsels die een verhoogde hsTNT-uitslag geven. Vraag bij twijfel aan de uitslag aan het KCL (6953) om hsTNT over te meten uit het bestaande monster.
