Voorbereiding patient Tijdstip afname: intermitterende toediening: dalspiegel vlak voor gift, topspiegel 1 uur na gift.
Continue toediening: elk tijdstip.
Intermitterende hemodialyse: dalspiegel vlak voor dialyse.
Materiaalsoort Bloed
Bewaar-/transportcondities Geen bijzonderheden (afname en materiaaltransport bij kamertemperatuur). Materiaal moet binnen 4 uur op het KCL zijn.
Frequentie onderzoek maandag t/m vrijdag
Duur onderzoek Indien het monster uiterlijk om 08.00 op een analysedag is afgenomen, volgt de uitslag op de werkdag na de analysedag. Indien de uitslag eerder / cito nodig is, neem contact op met de dienstdoende apotheker via #3131.
Referentie/interpretatie van het onderzoek Therapeutische range: Bij intermitterende toediening: dal: ca. 25 mg/L, top: ca. 125 mg/L.
Bij continue toediening: 4-6 gram/24 uur: ca. 40 mg/L, 3 gram/24 uur: ca. 30 mg/L.
Bij intermitterende hemodialyse: dal vóór dialyse: 8-25 mg/L. . Toxische range: >200 mg/L
