Translate instructions

Our website has a translation option, which works on desktop computers and laptops. Follow the instruction below to translate the text:

1. Select the text you want to translate with your mouse or touchpad.

2. Choose ‘Vertalen’ with your mouse or touchpad.

3. Select the language you prefer.

4. You can read and/or listen to the translated text.

5. If a text is long, you cannot translate it all at once. Translate the text in sections instead.

N.B. Een punctie uit een puscollectie is geen punctaat maar pus als materiaalsoort.
Hoeveelheid benodigd materiaal >1 mL
Mycobacteriële kweek: minimaal 5 ml.
Bewaar-/transportcondities Om een optimale leefbaarheid van de micro-organismen te behouden, is het aanbevolen om het materiaal zo snel mogelijk naar het laboratorium te transporteren. Tot aan het transport wordt het materiaal koel bewaard gedurende maximaal 48 uur.

Duur onderzoek
  • Banale kweek (aeroob): 2 - 5 dagen
  • Banale kweek (anaeroob): 3 -17 dagen
  • Schimmelkweek: 3 - 10 dagen
Referentie/interpretatie van het onderzoek Elk isolaat uit steriele ruimtes wordt als relevant beschouwd. Toch is contaminatie bij het afnemen van het materiaal niet uit te sluiten.
