“Bij een patiënt met klachten van het KNO-gebied is er gelukkig maar zelden sprake van een levensbedreigende situatie. Desalniettemin kunnen klachten van de keel, neus of oren een grote invloed hebben op het dagelijks leven. Ik probeer met aandacht hiervoor, samen met de patiënt en/of de ouders, een oplossing te vinden.”
